The first quarter of 2026 was Famine or Feast. As the Spring market is always dictated by the weather, the early cold and snowy February kept new inventory at bay until March 1st. Once March hit, the inventory started coming and the demand intensified.
We are currently in a very balanced market, with an advantage to the seller, as the inventory is hitting the market with a healthy pace and being greeted by an audience of waiting home buyers. We will see how long this balance holds as we inch towards summer in Marblehead!
Each buyer and seller that we work with has their own individual goals and priorities. Our advisory level of service brings a keen eye to those needs and goals. Feel free to reach out at any time if we could be of assistance.
